There are so many parks and areas in Northern Kentucky to enjoy the wonderful warm weather for the next few months. We've compiled a list of some of our favorite places so you can start visiting these areas to make a new list of your own favorites.
This Park runs along Gunpowder Creek. The hiking trails hide under an umbrella of mature Oak trees. There is also a stone sitting area, a playground and a shelter with electricity that can be reserved for parties.
Enjoy the untouched nature preserve tucked away in Boone County. There is plenty of hiking with beautiful scenes over looking the cliff edges. It will be an experience to never forget.
If you love to fish, this park is the perfect place for you! This 30 acre lake has a lot to offer. There are hiking trails, a boat ramp, and beautiful picnic areas.
Devou Park has a lot to offer. There are free concerts throughout the Summers, as well as play areas, golfing, a museum, and a picturesque overlook of the Cincinnati Skyline.
Big Bone is complete with a lake, a Bison viewing area, a museum, and a few hiking trails. This is a great place to spend your afternoon relaxing.
Rabbit Hash is a very unique place to visit in Boone County. You can sit right next to the River, while drinking an ice cold pop from the General Store. There is also a wine store, and an abundance of friendly dogs. Did you know the elected mayor of Rabbit Hash is actually a dog?
